A
ccompanied by ten members, the RWM Bro. Thomas J. Campbell led a deputation to The Lodge of Alloa No.69 where they witnessed a fine Entered Apprentice Degree. This was a particularly special occasion for two reasons, firstly it being the inaugural meeting held by The Lodge of Alloa in their new premises and secondly it being the first usage of the new working tools presented to The Lodge Of Alloa by Lodge Bannockburn Bruce & Thistle No. to mark the occasion of Alloa's 250th Anniversary in 2007. Among the ten members in 312's deputation were Past Masters' Dugald Bridgeman and John Wallace, both Honorary Members of The Lodge of Alloa No.69. The Lodge of Alloa was one of Bannockburn's sponsor Lodges in November 1824 (the other being Lodge St Andrew, Denny & Loanhead No.176) and it is pleasing to see the close relationship between the two Lodges flourishing to this day.
